OUR
MINISTRIES
"Our church ministers to the entire family, to every age group, and every background, representing people from all walks of life and experiences. God uses these many diverse ministries to touch one another, Danville, and beyond with the glorious good news of Jesus." - Pastor Fred
Whether you have a family of 5 and life is a little crazy, you are single and love to hang with your friends, or you're an empty-nester looking for what's next, you'll find ministries to help you experience God and grow in Christ. We want to help you connect with other believers and equip you to live, learn, and serve in biblical community.
North Main is committed to meeting needs and reaching out through the power of the Gospel within the context of relationships and service. We encourage you to explore these ministries below to find how you can get connected. Members who would like to serve with one of our many ministries, please contact the office.
Kid's Ministry

Through play, activities, and storytelling, children get to know Jesus and what it means to follow Him. Kids pre-K through Grade-6 hear, know, and apply the truth of God's Word through the consistent and intentional teaching of biblical truth, affecting their conversation and the way they play.

Kids Ministries include Sunday morning Small Group Bible Study, Children's Church. AWANA, and Kid's Choir ministry meet on Wednesday evenings.

Broadcast Student Ministry

We exist to "Broadcast" the love of Jesus to students in order to link and launch a generation of Christ followers through fun, fellowship, worship, and missions.

Broadcast meets in "The Studio” Sunday mornings for Small Group Bible Study and at 6:30 on Wednesday evenings. Activities include a combination of modern music, teaching, games, organized chaos, and FOOD!

We also meet Wednesday evenings for small group "Studio Sessions" as well as larger "Studio Crews", starting at 6 pm.
Small Group Bible Studies

Study God’s Word...Together. Following Jesus is about a transformation in our lives to obey Him. To pursue this there is a Bible Fellowship group that's perfect for helping you connect with others and grow closer to God.
From the youngest to the oldest member of your family, there's a small group available for you to gather around God's Word, encourage one another, and grow in the Body of Christ.

Missions

Mission outreaches, trips, and events, assist our members in living out their faith in action through prayer, giving, going, and service as we grow in faith and disciple others. It is exciting to be a part of all that God is doing in our community and around the world!
In addition, as an SBC affiliated church we partner with the mission efforts of the North American and International Mission Boards.

Prayer

Prayer is the most powerful tool we have as followers of Jesus Christ and all are welcome to share in the joy of carrying one another's burdens and giving thanks before the Throne of Grace. Our designated prayer room is available to our members for times of prayer either alone or with others.

Congregational prayer meetings are held Wednesday's at 11:00 am and 6:30 pm.

You can email your prayer request to info@northmain.church.
